The electric power facility control system(700) controls operation of each electric power facility according to state data transmitted from the DAUs. The central monitoring center(800) monitors the state of the electric power facilities through the electric power control systems of each power plant/substation in the remote place through the Internet(900) and performs remote control according to a monitoring state.

    • PURPOSE: Provided is an automobile antibacterial filter using silver chemical compound and zeolite as a catalyst, the filter having semipermanent antibacterial and deodorizing characteristics. CONSTITUTION: The filter is manufactured by performing the steps of (a) fusing silver 100g, (b) dissolving the fused silver 100g into nitric acid 200ml, (c) dissolving alum 30g into water 100ml, (d) mixing the solutions of the steps (b) and (c), thereby obtaining silver solution (e), feeding caustic soda into the silver solution of the step (d), (f) boiling the silver solution of the step (e), thereby obtaining silver powder, (g) preparing catalyst solution by dissolving palladium chloride 1g, stannous chloride 50g, citric acid soda 50g and hydrochloric acid 100ml into water 500ml, and boiling the complex solution to vaporize chlorine, (h) dissolving the silver powder of the step (f) into the catalyst solution of the step (g), thereby obtaining silver colloid which is an antibacterial agent, (i) preparing deodorizing agent by dissolving aluminum powder 150g and sodium silicate 200g into caustic soda 500ml, and mixing the caustic soda 500ml with water 200ml, (j) dipping a filter into the antibacterial agent of the step (h), (k) dipping the filter of the step (j) into the deodorizing agent of the step (i), and drying the filter of the step (k).

    • PURPOSE: A process of preparing a silver salt which overcomes the problems of causing blackening or browning caused by the exposure to sun light, combination with halogen compounds or oxidation in air without the use of resin and zeolite is provided. Whereby, the product is harmless to the human body and excellent in stability and antimicrobial activity. CONSTITUTION: Nitric acid is added to 300g silver powder in a volume ratio of silver to nitric acid(62%) of 3:2.8 to produce a silver solution, which is reacted with a solution of 100g stannous chloride and 100ml hydrochloric acid and added with a solution of 600ml aqueous caustic soda solution(pH13) and 150g zinc oxide to adjust the solution to pH7.5. After the evaporation of the solution, 300g of the obtained powder is reacted with 100g sodium bromide to produce silver salt powder. About 300g silver salt is dissolved in 1,000ml water to produce a silver solution, which is agitated with 3ml hydrogen peroxide for 30min, exposed to sun light for 1hr, filtered to remove brown particles and then mixed with 500 to 1,000 times of water.
