    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail device reducing a load transmitted from a fence to a skeleton, and improving the appearance design. SOLUTION: The handrail device is provided with a fence 2 for prevention of a fall from the skeleton 1, and an upper fixing member 7 and a lower fixing member 8 fixing the fence 2 to the skeleton 1. The fence 2 includes a coping 6, vertical members 5a, and lateral members 5b, 7d arranged parallel to the coping 6 at a vertically intermediate part or a lower part of the vertical members 5a. The fence 2 is arranged on an outdoor-side end surface 20 of a skeleton front end 1a. The upper fixing member 7 substantially horizontally projecting from a vertically intermediate part of the fence 2 toward the skeleton 1 is arranged on an upper surface 21 of the skeleton front end 1a, and is fixed vertically by anchor bolts 10 embedded in the upper surface 21 of the skeleton end front 1a.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for forming a mounting hole of a handrail support which allows surely pulling out a pull-out mold from a molded concrete flange and makes workability good.
      SOLUTION: When the mounting hole for erecting the handrail support on the concrete flange in a veranda and the like is molded, the pull-out mold is used whose center is provided with a through hole keeping a male screw bolt inserted through and having a female screw to suspend the pull-out mold from a jig mounted to a form and to fix it by tightening the male screw bolt, so that concrete is poured into the form. After hardening the concrete, the male screw bolt or another male screw bolt substituted in place of it is screwed to strike the bottom of the mounting hole, and the pull-out mold is raised and extracted from the mounting hole by pressing reaction accompanying a boosting force of the screw.
