    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system including an injection molding system (e.g., nozzle) having a nozzle body equipped with a heater holding part for receiving a heater which is fixed to the heater holding part in a freely detachable manner, and a method using it. SOLUTION: The nozzle has at least one flat outer surface and can be manufactured from an abrasion-resistant and pressure-resistant material (e.g., Aerumet). The slot of the heater holding part and the heater may have a complementary shape such as a rectangular shape, a wedge shape or another arbitrary shape. The heater can include a holding device having a receiving region and this receiving region receives the heater capable of being detached from the nozzle body.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding machine having a metering device used for sending a predetermined accurate amount of a molten material into each mold hole.
      SOLUTION: This injection molding machine 10 is equipped with a first manifold 12 having a first manifold passage 14 which has a first discharge port for sending a first melt flow into the first nozzle passage 52 of a nozzle 30, a second manifold 22 having a second manifold passage 24 which has a second discharge port 29 for sending a second melt flow into the second nozzle passage 54 of the nozzle, the mold hole 60 communicating with the nozzle passages through a molding gate 34, and the on-off mechanism of the molding gate and an injection piston 70 extending into the passage between the first discharge port and the first nozzle passage. The injection piston has the outer wall being in contact with the inner wall of the passage and can be moved through the passage. The melt arranged in the melt chamber 78 of the first nozzle passage is allowed to flow in the mold hole by the movement of the injection piston.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding apparatus capable of measuring a processing condition of a molten material flow by a sensor, in the injection molding apparatus for feeding a molten material flow of a moldable material to a mold cavity, at least one manifold for feeding the molten material flow to at least one nozzle is provided and one sensor is connected with the front end of a valve pin and the sensor can measure the processing conditions of the molten material flow.
      SOLUTION: The valve pin extends into a molten material channel in the apparatus. The valve pin is freely movable in the axial direction and controls the molten material flow in the molten material channel and/or makes it communicate with the mold cavity by selectively opening a gate. The process sensor is connected with the valve pin and is freely movable together with the valve pin in the axial direction. The process sensor may be for example a pressure sensor and/or a temperature sensor for measuring the processing conditions.
