摘要： PURPOSE: To manufacture a thermally insulated conduit at low cost with good concentricity without a cavity of an insulation layer and without ununiformity, by forming a spacer from a material having many flat flow openings and having projecting parts for determining a distance between tube bodies. CONSTITUTION: A distance holding spiral body 5 of a spacer is made of a net- like forming material, and conical projecting parts 6 are formed in it. This net-like forming material is a fiber processed material of synthetic fiber or inorganic material fiber, the projecting parts 6 are formed in the fiber material by a deep drawing method, and the height of the projecting part 6 is equivalent to the desired thickness of an insulation layer 4. Moreover, the projecting parts 6 are arranged in two lines, transmission core wires 7 are provided between two lines, and the core wires 7 are connected to a power source. In using a conduit, leakage is informed by the core wires 7, and the corresponding place is determined. After cooling, a pipe 10 is drawn through a towing ring 12 to reduce the outer diameter of pipe 10.
