    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency power supply system that automatically changes a power supply method to emergency power for output when power failure occurs, by charging electric power generated by a circuit power supply or new regeneration energy with high efficiency, stably supplying electric power to a desired place, adjusting a charging time zone and utilizing surplus power during midnight for charging emergency power.SOLUTION: The emergency power supply system includes a circuit power supply, BMS, a power storage section and an output section. The BMS monitors a power state of the circuit power supply supplied to the system and operates a bypass circuit for directly transmitting, to the output section, electric power supplied to the system according to the charging state of the power storage section. The power storage section separately charges electric power supplied to the system and, when the electric power supplied to the system is failed, supplies electric power to the system. The output section transmits electric power supplied to the system to the outside of the system.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that although a technique is known to guide a forced coolant flow by applying a high-performance cooling blower in order to deliver and release the coolant from a gap between batteries of a battery module, high power consumption is needed to operate the high-performance blower, causing a drawback, such as increased costs of a battery pack for cooling.SOLUTION: A battery pack for battery cooling includes: a case that separates a battery module having a large number of batteries stacked one upon another from the exterior; a first cooling section which is located on one side surface of the case, and sucks coolant into the inside thereof; and a second cooling section which is located on the other side surface of the case, and guides the coolant flow into the inside of the case by discharging the coolant sucked by the first cooling section to the outside of the case. The large number of batteries of the battery module are stacked at spaced intervals in a certain direction in the inside of the case so that the coolant passes through between the batteries. One opening in the space of the battery module is oriented in a direction of the first cooling section, and the other opening is oriented in a direction of the second cooling section.
