    • A stereo-scopic image conversion panel and a stereo-scopic image display device having the same are provided to refract the incident light at a lens liquid crystal layer by periodically changing the refractive index of a liquid crystal along one direction, thereby forming a stereo-scopic image or increasing the visual angle. A stereo-scopic image conversion panel(100) is composed of a lower transparent substrate(110); an upper transparent substrate(120) facing the lower transparent substrate; lower transparent electrodes(130) formed on the lower transparent substrate to face the upper transparent substrate, extended along a first direction, and aligned in parallel along a second direction vertical to the first direction; upper transparent electrodes(140) formed on the upper transparent substrate to face the lower transparent substrate, extended along the second direction, and arranged in parallel along the first direction; and a lens liquid crystal layer(150) disposed between the lower and upper transparent substrates and composed of liquid crystals with an anisotropic refractive index. The lens liquid crystal layer has the refractive index varied according to the position by changing the arrangement form due to an electric field generated between the lower and upper transparent electrodes.
