摘要： Systems and methods for treating a plurality of tissue sites include a multi-port therapy unit. The multi-port therapy unit includes a plurality of patient-side ports each fluidly coupled to a plurality of conduits and a fluid reservoir fluidly coupled to the plurality of ports. A plurality of pressure sensors are associated with the plurality of patient-side ports to determining a pressure associated with each conduit. A controller is operatively coupled to the plurality of pressure sensors to receive treatment pressure data, monitor pressure for each pressure sensor of the plurality of pressure sensors, and signal an alarm condition if the pressure is outside of a pre-selected range. The system includes a reduced-pressure source fluidly coupled to a dressing at each tissue site through the multi-port therapy unit.

The conduit further includes a primary lumen and a plurality of sensing lumens. The primary lumen and the plurality of sensing lumens extend from the proximal end of the conduit to the distal end. The conduit is adapted to contact the distribution manifold.

In one instance, a reduced-pressure, tunnel-wound dressing (102) includes a longitudinal core member (118) formed from a closed-cell foam that is surrounded by a first longitudinal concentric member (120) formed from a manifolding material. When subjected to reduced pressure, the longitudinal core member expands and the first longitudinal concentric member compresses. These actions create intimate contact between the tunnel wound and the dressing, oppose collapse of the tunnel, and when reduced pressure is removed provide clearance to remove the dressing. 摘要： A dual-cavity pump having a pump body with a substantially elliptical shape including a cylindrical wall (11) closed at each end by end plates (12,13) is disclosed. The interior plates (14,15) together form an actuator (40) that is operatively associated with the central portion of the end walls (22,23) via the interior plates (22,23). The illustrative embodiments of the dual-cavity pump have three valves including one located within a common end wall between the cavities of the pump.
