An extruder(110) using roving type reinforced fiber comprises a reinforced fiber supply unit(115), a cutting part(120) and a mixing part(130). The reinforced fiber supply part is disposed at a side of a barrel to directly introduce the roving type reinforced fiber to the barrel. The cutting part is disposed at an end of the barrel to cut an extrusion material and the reinforced fiber. The mixing part is disposed at a discharge side of the cutting part to mix the cut extrusion material with the reinforced fiber. The cutting part includes a gear type cutter of cutting the extrusion material and the reinforced fiber by teeth of a gear that come into contact with each other.

摘要： An extruder having a width control device is provided to obtain an extrusion molding having various profiles by installing a rotatable cam at two sides of a T-die such that a width of the extrusion molding is controlled in real time. An extruder is equipped with a width control device. The extruder manufactures extrusion molding having a sheet shape using a T-die(1). The width control device is mounted at an end of width direction of the T-die. The width control device includes a cam(110) which rotates on a width direction plane and an actuator(120) for driving the cam. As the cam is driven by the actuator, a width of the extrusion molding is controlled in real time. A base having a planar shape is disposed at a side of the T-die to support the actuator. A rotation shaft of the cam is formed on the base.
