    • The present invention provides an apparatus for removing a gum for an implant. According to the present invention, the gum covering an alveolar bone during implant embedding can be removed quickly and accurately so that an implant operation can be more accurate and perfect. The present invention includes: a sank portion in which a mounting portion coupled with a dental hand piece is formed in an upper end portion and a coupling portion is formed in a lower end portion; a guide body portion having a cylindrical body portion connected to the sank portion for integral rotation, having an outer diameter corresponding to an inner circumference of a guide hole for rotation support after insertion into the guide hole of a stent guiding a fixture embedding position, and having a through-portion formed in a side surface portion so that a hollow portion formed therein communicates with the outside, and a rotation cutting portion connected at an angle to a lower end of the body portion, having a narrowing outer diameter downward, and having a circular cutting blade along a lower side circumference of an opening portion formed to communicate with the hollow portion therein; and a rotating crushing portion that is provided inside the guide body portion and has a crushing blade arranged inside the circular cutting blade formed in an end portion.
