    • PURPOSE: A multi-inlet combustor for low calorific value gas combustor and a combusting method thereof are provided to ignite low calorific value gas conveniently, to burn gas for a short time, and to reduce the auxiliary fuel consumption by injecting low calorific value gas including the large amount of oxygen at high speed and generating flames from plural injection ports. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary fuel burner is installed in the upper part of a combustion chamber(150), and an air space(230) is formed in the inner wall of the high temperature part of the combustion chamber. Plural low calorific value gas injection ports(210a) are formed in the auxiliary fuel flame forming part and communicated with the combustion chamber through the air space. Low calorific value gas is moved through an inlet(220) to the lower part of the air space, and supplied to the combustion chamber through the injection ports. The outer walls of the combustion chamber and the air space are treated by a housing(300) with a thermal insulating material, and a discharge port(400) is installed in the lower part of the combustion chamber to discharge combustion gas.

CONSTITUTION: A device for swirling and burning low-calorie gas is composed of a main body(1), and an auxiliary burner(3). The main body includes preheating spaces(12) for preheating gas introduced through a gas inflow port(11), a combustion chamber(14) for swirling and burning gas introduced through a plurality of air jetting ports(13) communicated with the preheating spaces, and a gas discharge port(15) for discharging high-temperature gas. The auxiliary burner has an auxiliary fuel nozzle(31) passing through a burner insertion unit(16) formed at the upper part of the combustion chamber, and heats the combustion chamber.

    • PURPOSE: A carbon black retrieving system is provided to increase the amount of waste tire to be treated and to reduce the amount of auxiliary fuel by manufacturing carbon black through burning tire powder, in which impurities are removed. CONSTITUTION: A carbon black retrieving system includes a waste tire powder reservoir(200), a powder conveying screw, a pressurized air generating device(300), a pressurized air distributing device, an auxiliary fuel burner(140), a main combustion furnace(100), and first and second collecting devices(600) for collecting residual carbon. The powder of the waste tire is conveyed from the waste tire powder reservoir(200) to the main combustion furnace(100). Pressurized air created by the pressurized air generating device(300) is introduced into the main combustion furnace(100). The mixture of the waste tire powder and pressurized air is burned by the auxiliary fuel burner(140).
