    • PURPOSE:To enable secure suction of fuel, in a fully opened low speed region where the amount of intake is less, by providing a richer passage through which fuel is supplied to an intake passage so as to be opened to the intake passage in the region where the space between the outer circumferential surface of a valve disk and the wall surface of the intake passage is narrow when the throttle valve is fully opened. CONSTITUTION:A richer passage 12 is provided so as to be branched from the passage between the main jet 10 of a main fuel passage 7 and a main well 11, and this richer passage 12 is opened to an intake passage 3 on the slightly upstream side of a valve shaft 8 in the region where the outer circumferential surface 9a (not shown) of a valve disk 9 and the wall surface 3a of the intake passage 3 faces to each other with a narrow space when a throttle valve 6 is fully opened. Further, a second richer passage 16 is provided so as to be branched from the passage between the fuel jet 13 of the richer passage 12 and an air bleed jet 14, and on the same passage 16 an air bleed jet 17 is provided. And this richer passage 16 is opened to the intake passage 3 on the slightly downstream side of the valve shaft 8 in the region where the outer circumferential surface 9a (not shown) of the valve disk 9 and the wall surface 3a of the intake passage 3 faces to each other with a narrow space when the throttle valve 6 is fully opened.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the main fuel suction characteristic through simple structure by communicating the point between main nozzle and main well with the position having lower negative pressure than main nozzle and producing the negative pressure proportional to the intake air through a negative pressure lead-in path. CONSTITUTION:A negative pressure lead-in path 10 is made vertically through the carburetor body 11 from the portion between main nozzle 7 and main well 3 in fuel led-in path 6 and communicated through an oblique lead-in section near the lower end of large Venturi 9 with an opening 10a. In other words, the opening 10a of said path 10 is opened at the position where lower negative pressure than main nozzle 7 will function to produce negative pressure proportional with the intake air. Upon production of high negative pressure under noload or light load operatio, it is weakened at the position of fuel path 6 by the lower pressure to be led through the negative lead-in path 10, thereby the fuel in main well 3 is not sucked immediately but with proper delay.
