摘要： The present invention provides a coating composition, a method of coating a substrate, and a coated substrate (e.g., a coated cement fiberboard article). In preferred embodiments the coating composition includes one or more latex polymers and an aliphatic epoxy resin system. The coating composition can include one or more coating compositions that may be applied in one or more layers. A coated article comprising a cement fiberboard substrate and a coating system applied to the substrate is also provided. The article includes a first coating system applied to the substrate, wherein the first coating system includes an aliphatic epoxy resin system having an aqueous dispersion of polymer particles, optionally a silicate additive, and optionally one or more olefinic compounds and initiator for same. The first coating system preferably includes one or more coating compositions that may be applied in one or more layers. In a preferred embodiment, the first coating system is applied to all the surfaces of the substrate (e.g., the front side, back side and edges of a board). The coated substrate may then be coated with other optional coatings, e.g., decorative or protective topcoats.

The liner comprises a primer layer, a first moisture barrier layer, a foam layer and a second moisture barrier layer. The first and second moisture barrier layers are preferably made of the same material and form a skin on both sides of the internal foam layer. The combination of the foam layer and the two moisture barrier layers imparts structural strength and rigidity to the cured liner.

In accordance with the present invention, a predesigned pattern is non-through cut in a stone tile by modern technologies, and then inlaid with decorative materials so that a decorative stone is achieved with increased decorative effect.

摘要： A method and apparatus for applying a UV-curable, anti-fungal coating to raw building materials, and a business method for selling said coated raw building materials is described. The method may include supplying a volume of raw building materials to a conveyor system that conveys the raw building materials through a coating station wherein a UV-curable, anti-fungal coating is applied to the raw building materials. The conveyor system then conveys the coated raw building materials through a drying station, wherein a source of radiation, such as UV lamps, irradiate the raw building material to cure the coating. In addition to its anti-fungal properties, the coating, when dry, may mask cosmetic irregularities and provide a uniform appearance to the raw building materials, while allowing lumber grade stamps to remain visible.

The Mannich base polyamine is a reaction product of a polyamine containing at least two amino groups with a N-Mannich condensate prepared from a reaction of a phenolic compound, an aldehyde, and a secondary amine wherein the secondary amine of the N-Mannich condensate is replaced by one of the at least two amino groups of the polyamine, and wherein the ratio of the Mannich base polyamine to the alkoxy group modified polyepoxide resin contains an excess of an active amine hydrogen relative to epoxide groups so that the water soluble polyamine adduct has an amine hydrogen equivalent weight of at most 1000 based on solids content.
