The driving member comprises a motor(31), a rotation axis unit(37), and a rotator(39). The motor is installed to external of the jar. The rotation axis unit is installed inside of the jar and rotated by the motor. The rotator is installed on the rotation axis unit and rotates the perforated hemisphere.
