摘要： A pivot pin assembly between members 1, 2, 3 comprises a pin 7 which extends through bores in the members, the pin 7 tapering from one end to the other and the bores in which it is located being correspondingly tapered. The bores in the respective members may be parallel-sided but fitted with internal collars 4, 5, 6 themselves having tapered bores. In another arrangement the pin 20 is provided with a bore 22 for a piston 24 which is engaged against a fixed surface 21 so that fluid pressure through bore 25 causes axially movement of the pin. In a further arrangement, figure 4 a hydraulic extractor is used to cause relative movement of the pin and a piston located in an axial bore.

The apparatus is so designed that when the carrier (9) is displaced due to actuation of the tool, the movement of the carrier is transferred via the transmission device to the activating device, which causes force influence on the impact member. The activating device (13) may be a valve for pressure fluid supply.

摘要： The tool consists of shaft (6) with a handle (14) attached perpendicularly to its upper end. The other is provided with a short guide extension (7) with a dia. equal to the ID of the hollow hinge pin (5) resulting in a ring-shaped surface (8) with which the tool rests against the upper edge of the hollow pin. By applying knocks by a hammer (13) on the upper surface (12) of the shaft (6) the pin (5) is driven out from its respective seats on hinge part (2) and (3). A longitudinal groove (11) on the shaft (6) allows application of a lubricant to free tight sitting pins.
