    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet with high barrier properties which shows excellent gas barrier properties to oxygen, water vapor or the like as well as various characteristics such as high transparency, heat resistance or pliability and can be best-suitably used, e.g. as barrier sheet for organic EL.
      SOLUTION: The sheet with high barrier properties comprises a base material film of a synthetic resin, one flattening layer to be laminated on at least one of the surfaces of the base material film, a gas barrier layer to be laminated on the outer surface of one flattening layer and another flattening layer to be laminated on the outer surface of the gas barrier layer. The gas barrier layer is preferably formed of a vapor deposited film of an inorganic oxide or an inorganic nitride. The flattening layer is preferably formed of a composition containing a metallic alkoxide and/or its hydrolyzate using a sol gel process. In addition, a solvent-soluble polymer is preferably added to the composition and one flattening layer is formed of a silicone resin and the laminated surface of the gas barrier layer is also preferably treated by oxygen plasma.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backsheet for solar cell module which is superior in resistance to heat, resistance to weather, durability, solidity, and others, and especially demonstrates superior gas barrier properties with respect to steam, oxygen gas or the like and has appropriate manufacturable feature and low-cost property; and to provide a solar cell module which uses the same. SOLUTION: The backsheet for solar cell module is provided with a barrier sheet. The barrier sheet is provided with a substrate film made of synthetic resin and a pair of aluminum vapor-deposited layers stacked on both surfaces of the substrate film. The adhesive layer may be formed of an adhesive agent via dry laminate. A polyurethane-based adhesive agent for dry laminate is preferably a polyurethane-based adhesive agent. A synthetic resin layer may be stacked on the outer surface of the aluminum vapor-deposited layer. A polyethylene terephthalate is preferable as the forming material of the substrate film.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light diffusing sheet in which an optical diffusing function is provided only to the region where the function is truly needed, generation of burrs or the like is reduced and applicability to a special liquid crystal display device is facilitated.
      SOLUTION: The light diffusing sheet is provided with a transparent base material layer and a light diffusing layer which is laminated on the surface side of the base material layer. In the light diffusing layer, light diffusing material is provided in the binder. A non-laminating section, in which no light diffusing layer is laminated, is provided on the surface side of the base material layer. It is desirable to have a haze value equal to or less than 20% in the non-laminating section region and it is desirable to have a haze value equal to or greater than 30% in the region other than the non-laminating section. Printing is a desirable forming means of the light diffusing layer and a screen printing is especially desirable. It is also desirable to provide an ultraviolet rays absorbing layer which is laminated on the back surface side of the base material layer and includes an ultraviolet ray absorbing material.
