摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sufficient smoothing effect with an adding device of simple structure at the time of indirectly adding a liq. or viscous medium on a material web. SOLUTION: This device consists of an adding unit 14 and a smoothing unit 30, one layer of a medium 16 is added onto the surface of a transfer element 12 by the adding unit 14, and the transfer element 12 is brought into contact with a traveling material web 18 to transfer the layer thereon. The smoothing unit 30 is provided with a smoothing element 32 opposed to the web 18 to smooth the added layer 26, and the smoothing element 32 is fixed orthogonally to the traveling direction of the web 18 and to the web 18.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cleaning effect when the pressure in a coating chamber increases by arranging a doctor element movably in a direction where the element extends nearly parallel to the extension direction of its longitudinal direction. SOLUTION: The coating applicator 1 is provided with a corresponding roller 2 and a cleaning doctor 7 is arranged apart a spacing from a coating doctor 6 in a direction opposite to the rotating direction P of the roller 2. The cleaning doctor 7 partitions the coating chamber 5 for the liquid or pasty medium together with the coating doctor 6. Further, the cleaning doctor 7 is extended across the width of the material web and the doctor element 12 is arranged at a doctor base 13. The doctor element 12 is arranged movably in the direction extending nearly parallel to the extension direction of its longitudinal direction. As a result, the cleaning effect when the pressure in the coating chamber 5 increases is improved.

摘要： A method and apparatus for manufacturing medical paper for medical sterilization packaging, medical paper and medical sterilization packaging are disclosed. A paper web is formed of fibrous substrate comprising cellulosic fibers and optionally synthetic fibers, with opposite first and second sides. On-line with the forming of the paper web, reinforcing material is applied on the first side and pressed into structure of the paper web such that delamination resistance of the structure is increased. Sealing material is applied on the second side of the paper web on-line with the forming of the paper web.

摘要： An improved film coater which utilizes one or more coater or applicators to transfer coating to the outer surfaces of at least one more rolls, which in turn transfers the coating from the roll surface to one or more sides of the web for coating paper is disclosed. The coater or applicator includes a smoothing doctor on the web and downstream of the one or more rolls, and may also utilize humidity from one of steam showers or a humidity enclosure to assist smoothing. The web may run in any direction, but preferably runs upwardly from the roll toward the doctor to reduce “film split” droplets effect. The present invention also reduces the fiber rise and arrange peel pattern on the coated web, resulting in a smooth uniform coated paper.
