摘要： A magnetic/floating force based brewing structure is used with an outer container. The magnetic/floating force based brewing structure includes an internal receptacle, which includes a receiving section, a floating structure, and an acted magnet, and an effector member, which includes an acting magnet. The acting magnet corresponds to the acted magnet of the internal receptacle for generating an effect of one of mutual attraction and mutual expulsion. With the effect of mutual attraction or expulsion between the acting magnet and the acted magnet, the internal receptacle that receives and holds therein a substance to be brewed can be kept in a position of being immersed in the liquid held in the outer container. Upon releasing the effect of mutual attraction or expulsion of the magnets, the internal receptacle is floated upward by buoyance to achieve an effect of automatically separating the substance to be brewed from the liquid.

摘要： The present invention has as an objective to provide an apparatus for brewing a beverage that provides an attractive brewing experience for the consumer, which can perform an effective and efficient brewing process, and which also can be easily rinsed to remove any spent infusible material. These objectives have been met by a beverage brewing machine having an at least one water inlet port that is arranged at an angle of less than 4 degrees relative to the wall of the brew chamber to direct water around the wall of the brew chamber. The apparatus also provides for improved agitation of infusible material. Moreover a method is provided to brew a beverage using the brewing machine of the invention.

摘要： An apparatus and method for decocting ingredients in a solvent wherein said apparatus includes a first container for containing the solvent, a pipe connecting an output of the first container to an input of the first container, and a pump placed in series with the pipe for circulating the solvent from the output to the input. The apparatus also includes a second container for containing the ingredients, where the second container is placed in series with the pipe such that the solvent circulating in the pipe can circulate in between the ingredients. A wave generator is placed next to the second container for generating a field of waves towards the ingredients.

A lid assembly removably engages the open top. A plunger unit comprises a top end and a bottom end. The plunger unit passes through the lid assembly to extend to at least the open bottom. A filter assembly is in engagement with the bottom end and the cylinder wall. The filter assembly substantially separates the material and fluid with a movement of the plunger unit towards the open bottom and compresses the material against the bottom assembly. The separated fluid is removable from the open top, and the compressed material is removable by a disengagement of the bottom assembly and continued movement of the filter assembly towards the open bottom.

摘要： A reusable water container that infuses a fruit or herb flavor into a liquid inside the container. The container is segregated into a top liquid chamber, and a bottom flavor infusion chamber. The two chambers join at a watertight seal. A perforated divider positions between the two chambers, acting to retain the fruit in the infusion chamber when liquid is being poured out of the opening in the top of the container. The fruit or herb in the infusion chamber infuses a respective flavor by passing through the perforated divider, and infusing throughout the liquid in the entire container. A base detaches from the bottom of the infusion chamber so that the fruit or herb can be placed inside the infusion chamber. The base and the fruit may be frozen prior to attaching to the infusion chamber to cool the liquid.
