    • A multiphase ejector (1) comprising a structure (2) delimiting a housing space (3) with a first inlet opening (4), connectable to a first source of a first fluid, a second inlet opening (5), connectable to a second feeding source of a second fluid, having a pressure value lower than the pressure value of the first fluid, and an outlet opening (6). A bush (7) is situated inside said housing space (3) close to said first inlet opening (4) having a channel (7a) having a first opening (7b) connected to the first inlet opening (4) of the structure (2) and a second opening (7c) connected to a second inlet opening (5) and to the outlet opening (6) of the structure (2). A member (11) is positioned inside the space (3) in correspondence with the outlet opening (6) for mixing the fluids and demlimiting a channel (12) with first opening (12a) connected to the second opening (7c) of the channel (7a) and to the second inlet opening (6) of the structure (2), and a second opening (12b) connected to the outlet opening (6) of the structure (2). A restriction (8) is associated with the bush (7) for adjusting the flow-rate of the first fluid in the second opening (7c) of the channel (7a). The restriction (8) can be moved between one position, in which the area has a maximum amplitude, and a second position, in which the second opening (7c) of the channel (7a) is blocked.
