These thin portions (211 and 212) and the thick portion (213) form a convex portion. Here, the thin portions (211 and 212) become easily breakable or peelable portions, and the thick portion (213) becomes a hardly breakable or peelable portion. Moreover, an intermediate layer (23) adjoining the first surface layer (21) is recessed to bite that bulging portion.
