    • PURPOSE: A hitch receiver device for a vehicle is provided to exclude usage of a hitch cover and to obtain rigidity of the vehicle by storing a hitch receiver in a rear end panel when the hitch receiver is not used. CONSTITUTION: A hitch receiver device for a vehicle comprises a hitch guide hole, a hitch receiver(40), a hitch striker, a hitch latch, and a latch wire. The hitch guide hole is formed in a back panel(20) of a support tray(17) of a compartment(13) in order to penetrate in the front and rear directions of the vehicle. The hitch receiver is rotatably connected to the compartment in order to be stored through the hitch guide hole. The hitch striker is installed in the hitch receiver. The hitch latch is installed in the compartment in order to fix the rotation of the hitch receiver by the connection with the hitch striker.
