    • PURPOSE: A method for forming a connection socket for water and sewer pipes is provided to maintain water tightness by pressing a packing and supporting water and sewer pipes and safely maintain a joining state of the water and sewer pipes. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming a connection socket for water and sewer is as follows. A packing(20) and a fixing member(40) are formed. The fixing member is joined to a fixing member groove(170) of an inner forming mold(120) and at least one packing is joined to a packing groove(171). Water and sewer pipes are inserted into a pipe insertion groove(173) of a inner forming mold. The outer diameter of the inner forming mold is enlarged and the outer diameter of an outer forming mold(140) is reduced so that a forming space(130) is formed. The forming space is filled with a fused synthetic resin and a connection socket is integrally formed and the packing and the fixing member are integrally formed in the inner diameter of the connection socket. The inner and outer forming molds are cooled and the outer diameter of the inner forming mold is reduced and the outer forming mold is separated. The water and sewer pipes and the connection socket being integrally formed are separated from a mold.

The hose is placed on a placing unit of a mold of an injection molding machine. A fixing unit(400) is injection-molded by ejecting high-temperature and high-pressure resin solution and solidifying the resin solution. The fixing unit integrally fixes the nipple to the end of the hose. The hose is separated from the hose.
