摘要： The present invention concerns a device for introducing liquid or gaseous samples into a vacuum chamber. The device is characterized in that the circuit (C) comprises a feed pump (1) for the liquid or gaseous samples, placed between the tank (2) and the piezolectrically controlled leak valve (3), operating under pressure as under reduced pressure owing to the total absence of a mechanical link between the pump (1) and the circuit (C), fully bakable without being dismounted and compatible with the presence of a magnetic field, whereby as a consequence the liquid or gaseous fluid of the samples is renewed at the valve opening (3) so as to ensure that each sample introduced into the vacuum chamber is completely uniform in composition and representative of the mixture present in the tank (2).

摘要： Clean chamber technology for 3D printers and bioprinters is described. An airtight chamber or enclosure is provided so that positive pressure can be created inside the chamber. Unfiltered air is sucked in from outside into the chamber through a high efficiency filter such as a HEPA filter, using an electrically powered fan or blower, filtering out at least about 99% of particles and contaminants. The filtered air is then pushed into a 3D printing area inside the chamber and out through vents within the frame of the chamber. The technology provides a clean environment for 3D bioprinting of human tissue models and organs and 3D cell culturing without requiring clean room facilities.

When the inside of the main isolator 3 is decontaminated, the connection port 13 is sealed from the outside with the blocking member 30. The isolator system that can efficiently decontaminate the main isolator and the subisolator connected to this main isolator can be provided.
