摘要： PURPOSE:To stabilize timing characteristics in a trip timing circuit, by generating a trip signal when an output voltage from an integration circuit for integrating an overcurrent signal over the time exceeds a reference voltage from a differential amplifying circuit. CONSTITUTION:An integrating circuit 3 integrates an overcurrent signal over the time. A differential amplifying circuit 4 that receives a constant DC reference voltage and an overcurrent signal from a signal conversion circuit 2 generates a difference as a comparison voltage between the overcurrent signal and the reference voltage. A comparator 5 that connects the integrating circuit 3 and the differential amplifying circuit 4 generates a trip signal to a trip mechanism 7 when an output voltage of the integrating circuit 3 exceeds the comparison voltage from the differential amplifying circuit 4. Consequently, a variation in breaking characteristics at the timing circuit is reduced and the timing characteristics are stabilized.
