摘要： An apparatus for the extrusion of plastic materials characterized by a short chamber combination screw and disk mechanism whereby the plastic material is rapidly changed from a granular to a completely masticated state. The incoming plastic material is received by a receiver screw mechanism that forces it over the surface of a disk plate where it is delivered to a centrally positioned screw for intermittent delivery through an extrusion orifice. The centrally located screw is axially aligned and coterminous with the outer screw mechanism, each screw being independently controlled.

摘要： Disclosed is a cross-linked heat shrinkable film comprising an ethylene polymer resin which has a gel fraction of 5-40%. Furthermore, this film contains a glycerin fatty acid ester surface active agent in an amount of 2.0-8.0% by weight based on the total weight of the ethylene polymer resin, said surface active agent being present in an amount of 3.0-20.0 mg/m on at least one surface of the film. This film has characteristics adaptable to speeding-up of continuous packaging machines, namely, a proper coefficient of dynamic friction and hot tack sealability, with maintaining appearance of the film after being shrunk, such as heat shrink characteristics, fog resistance and gloss.

摘要： An apparatus for injection molding two compatible polymeric materials, in which two substantially coaxial extrusion screws are used to plasticize the two materials into a common accumulation space. The charge comprising multiple layers of material is then injected into a closed mold by means of forward axial motion of the outer screw with respect to its enclosing barrel. Once inside the mold, the first material forms a skin layer totally or partially surrounding the other material. In this way a part having a plurality of material properties may be produced in a single operation.

摘要： The invention relates to a method and arrangement for the manufacture of an extruder product and an extruder product. The extruder press according to the invention has at least two annular feeder slits 4, with an intermediate stator 3 and a rotatable rotor 1 situated outside the outer feeder slit 4. Inside the stator 3 there is at least one rotatable rotor 2. This gives a radially aligned orientation in the extruded product, without any separate orientating unit. By feeding continuous fibres 20 in via the stator 3, for example, it is possible to manufacture extremely durable products having a radially aligned orientation with axially aligned continuous fibres 20 as reinforcement.
