    • Packaging includes a combination of a container, a pouch and a substantially flat article enclosed by the pouch. The pouch has a top, bottom opposite the top and a pouch height Hp between the top and the bottom. The anti-slip agent is configured so that when exercising a force on the pouch in a direction substantially perpendicular to the bottom of the base, the pouch can be removed and the surfaces that were adhered to each other by the anti-slip agent are not sticky after the removal of the pouch so that when the pouch is laid again onto the bottom of the base of the container, there is no longer an adherent force between the pouch and the container.

    • A pattern-transferring film having a print pattern provided on an upper surface thereof is floated on a liquid surface within a transferring bath and an objective body is immersed into a liquid within the transferring bath together with the pattern transferring film under a liquid pressure so as to transfer the print pattern onto the objective body. The print pattern is obtained by being printed by using an optional printing ink or inks of blue, yellow, red black and white inks or an ink or inks prepared by blending the printing inks. The liquid pressure pattern-transferring ink or inks comprise at least a resin ingredient and a color pigment. The resin ingredient of each of the color inks is composed of a fluoropolymer resin and the color pigment of each of the color inks is an inorganic pigment. In this manner, with liquid pressure pattern-transferring ink comprising the resin ingredient of the fluoropolymer resin and the inorganic pigment in spite of its color, all the color printing inks have a weather resistance of 5000 hours or more determined by a JIS based sunshine weather meter. Thus, there occurs no removal of the transferred pattern out of the objective body which tends to be caused by a deterioration of the resin ingredient, if otherwise and the color of the transferred pattern neither changes nor fades, which enables the article to have its life span maintained for a longer period.

    • A polarizing plate and a liquid crystal display using the same are disclosed. The polarizing plate includes a polarizer made of a synthetic resin and protective films. The same protective films are attached to both sides of the polarizer. When a FTIR-ATR method is carried out with respect to the both sides of the protective film and a peak intensity (A) in the wavelength range around 1488 cmnull1 of one side, a peak intensity (B) in the wavelength range around 1365 cmnull1 of one side, a peak intensity (Anull) in the wavelength range around 1488 cmnull1 of another side and a peak intensity (Bnull) in the wavelength range around 1365 cmnull1 of another side are measured, and (C) and (Cnull) are represented by the relationships: (A)/(B)null(C) and (Anull)/(Bnull)null(Cnull), (C)/(Cnull)null1.2 is satisfied. The same sides of the protective films having the (C) and (Cnull) are adhered to both sides of the polarizer. In the polarizing plates, in accordance with the invention, even at the exposure to heat and humidity, advantageously occurrence of curling (warping) is reproduced.
