    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating device capable of using a control cable having small rigidity and increasing handling and arrangement flexibility of the control cable.SOLUTION: This operating device includes a transmission mechanism 25 at a lever 23 side opposite a dial 3 side, wherein the transmission mechanism 25 turns the lever 23 being an operation target turning body by performing speed reduction relative to a driven-side engagement wheel 15 being a driven-side rotating body. The lever 23 is not directly rotated by a control cable 14, and strong operation force by the speed reduction is directly applied to the lever 23. Accordingly, as the control cable 14, one having small rigidity just for rotating the driven-side engagement wheel 15 together with a gear 22 being a driving side (pre-deceleration side) of the transmission mechanism 25, and the handling and arrangement flexibility of the control cable 14 is increased.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller bearing with a cage having a structure with one raceway ring eliminated and in which movement of rollers in the axial direction is positively regulated, which is capable of smoothly supplying a lubricating oil from an end face in the axial direction of the bearing.
