摘要： The invention intends to provide a technique for making a dispersion phase of a biomass origin component of a polymer composite material, wherein the dispersion phase is formed in a parent phase of a synthetic polymer, highly minutely and evenly. An apparatus (10) for manufacturing a polymer composite material is characterized by comprising: a cylinder (13) in which a feeding section (A) for feeding a principal component of the synthetic polymer and an excess hydrous substance of the biomass origin component is provided in the upstream side while a extracting means (17) is provided in the downstream side; a screw (15) which axially rotates within the cylinder (13), which has been set to a kneading temperature (Tz) at which the synthetic polymer melts, and extrudes the kneading substance comprising the main component and the excess hydrous substance toward the extracting means (17); and a dehydration means (40) by which water contained in the kneading substance is removed under setting pressures (Pa, Pb, PC) being lower than the saturated vapor pressure (Pz) at the kneading temperature (Tz) employed in the cylinder (13) but higher than atmospheric pressure.

When a judgment is made that there is no accumulation of sound data that has not yet been outputted, the data output apparatus reads already-outputted sound data that was outputted previously and saved, and reproduces (outputs) sound based on the read sound data. Since it is possible to reduce occurrence of abnormality such as sound interruption in the data output apparatus such as an IP telephony terminal apparatus, a lowering of communication quality such as voice quality can be prevented.

In a case of the “normal” status, the transmission controller reads the input data stored in the data storage, transmits the input data via the transmitter, and deletes the input data stored in the data storage. In a case of the “recovery” status, the transmission confirmer instructs the output unit to output the input data stored in the data storage to ask the user whether to transmit the input data to the server.

The electronic substrate includes a first surface having a circuit element wiring part, a second surface facing the metal frame, and a side surface arranged approximately perpendicularly to the first surface and the second surface. The adhesive agent is disposed between the metal frame and the second surface to cover the second surface and a portion of the side surface adjacent to the second surface. The molded resin covers the metal frame and the electronic substrate, and holds the other portion of the side surface adjacent to the first surface. The bonding agent is disposed between the circuit element wiring part and the molded resin so that the molded resin holds the circuit element wiring part through the bonding agent.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a starch resin composition which retains various properties of the thermoplastic resin even when the starch substance is blended in a large amount.There is provided a starch resin composition comprising 5-95 parts by weight of the thermoplastic resin (X), 95-5 parts by weight of starch substance (Y), and 0.2-20 parts by weight of a compatibilizer (Z) which improves an affinity at an interface between the thermoplastic resin (X) and the starch substance (Y), relative to 100 parts by weight of a total amount of the components (X) and (Y), and a technique associated with the starch resin composition.

摘要： This invention is to enable transfer of a right to speak in an audio teleconference in view of usability. In this invention, a PoC server is introduced to achieve new functions, such as transfer of the right to speak, reservation to acquire the right to speak, and deprivation of the right to speak. The PoC server has a teleconference presence manager, a teleconference manager, and a teleconference audio communication manager. The right to speak is managed in a presence data storage of the teleconference presence manager. The teleconference presence manager directly manages the presence data storage, but the teleconference manager manages transfer of the right to speak. In addition, the teleconference manager manages reservation of the right to speak by a storage for a reservation list of the right to speak. The teleconference audio communication manager carries out routing of audio data. At that time, only audio data received from a user holding the right to speak is transferred.
