摘要： Various aspects described herein relate to distinguishing frequency shift keying (FSK) signals transmitted by each user of multiple users in a wireless communications system. One or more symbols for transmitting in an FSK-modulated signal can be obtained by a user. The one or more symbols can be encoded based on a tone location assignment corresponding to a unique spreading code associated with the user. Quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM) and/or phase-shift keying (PSK) can be performed over at least one tone associated with the encoded symbols. Each user can transmit the encoded symbols to a receiving entity, where the receiving entity can decode each symbol received from the plurality of users to produce a distinguishable symbol for each user based on the unique spreading codes associated with each user.

The communication between the UE and the network equipment may be established over a first radio access technology (RAT) and a second RAT, and a coupling between the first RAT and the second RAT may be identified in the communication between the UE and the network equipment. At least one of a reselection procedure or a handover procedure for at least one of the RATs may be adapted based on the identified coupling between the first RAT and the second RAT. The first RAT may be LTE or LTE-A and the second RAT may be WLAN. The communication may be based on carrier aggregation across the two RATs.

In an aspect, a network node receives, from a network entity, one or more parameters for a neural network, performs one or more measurements of at least one reference signal from a target user equipment (UE) based on a measurement configuration for the at least one reference signal, generates one or more statistics of one or more features of the at least one reference signal based on the neural network and the one or more measurements, and reports the one or more statistics to the network entity to enable the network entity to estimate a location of the target UE based on the one or more statistics and a location of the network node.
