    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the waiting time before reproduction is started by subjecting plural optical disks to recording and reproducing which do not give rise to lacking of transit information. SOLUTION: This device has at least a first recording and reproducing means which subjects a selected first recording medium to recording and reproducing, a second recording and reproducing means which subjects a second recording medium to recording and reproducing and a control means which controls the first and second recording and reproducing means so as to record and reproduce information. The control means previously assures a top region for recording part recording part from the top of the recording information and a temporary region for recording round the continuous information after the same in the second recording medium. The means controls the second recording and reproducing means so as to record the recording information successively from its top to the top region and the temporary region and controls the second recording and reproducing means so as to reproduce the unreproduced information in the information recorded in the top region and the temporary region to maintain the continuity of this information in response with the feasibility of the recording to the first recording medium. The control means controls the first recording and reproducing means so as to record the reproduced information on the first recording medium.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a correction block to be correctly written into a memory by allowing a correct ID number to be always loaded into an ID number interpolation counter even when an ID number has not been detected in addition to occurrence of false detection and false correction of the ID number in a normal operation. SOLUTION: In both a pulling-in operation, in which transition from an ID error condition to an ID detection condition occurs, and a normal operation, following the pulling-in operation, to be performed after the detected ID number has been loaded into an ID number interpolation counter, a correct ID number is always loaded into the ID number interpolation counter even when an ID number has not been detected in addition to occurrence of false detection and false correction of the ID number. Thus, a block switching timing pulse and an address within a block are always correctly generated from its counter value and a correction block is correctly written into a memory. At the time when the correct ID number is detected, it can be determined that this ID number is correct, thereby a pulling-in operation in which the number of sectors to be passed is minimized can be performed.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a highly accurate air flow rate measuring device by decreasing a measurement error caused by a configuration change of an air cleaner and a duct being an air passage upstream of the air flow rate measuring device for measuring intake air quantity of internal combustion engine of automobile. CONSTITUTION:An inlet opening face of an auxiliary air passage 4 is arranged in a region containing the center of a main air passage 5, an outlet confluent part of the auxiliary air passage 4 is arranged near the wall surface of the main air passage 5, and a protrusion 1 or a flat surface part being an obstacle of main flow is arranged upstream the outlet confluent part so that the main flow of the outlet confluent part may be partially decreased in pressure. In order to regulate priority of air intake to an air flow rate detection part at respective portions of the inlet opening face of the auxiliary air passage 4, steps of level difference is provided in the inlet opening face of the auxiliary air passage 4. An output change when an air cleaner having a different flow velocity distribution is fitted, can be reduced by half in comparison with a conventional one, by adopting an output characteristic of an air flow rate measuring device, when an air cleaner generating relatively uniform flow is fitted, as a reference.
