The bending parts 110 and the fixing parts 120 form fitting parts 130 fitting to each other via the film 150 or sheet by bending the bending parts 110. The bending part 110 sides of the fitting parts 130 are provided with first pawl parts 136 which spread and support the films 150 or the sheets. The fixing part 120 sides of the fitting parts 130 are provided with first locking parts 133 which have tapered parts 132 and consist of projecting parts meshing with the first pawl parts 136. The first pawl parts 136 spread the film 150 or the sheet by rotating force while holding the film or the sheet with the tapered parts 132 disposed at the fixing parts 120 at the time of spreading and supporting the film 150 or the sheet by bending the bending parts 110. The first pawl parts 136 are so formed as to be locked at the points past the tapered parts 132 described above.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a positional deviation at the central position, by a method wherein a roll-like cut body is precut so as to run along a crest of a ringlike cut groove of the roll-like cut body, main cutting of the ringlike cut groove is performed toward one side end part from the central part, restored to the central part again and after positioning at the central part, cutting is performed toward the opposite end part.
