Independent claims are included for: (1) a layer material, preferably with a thickness of up to 20 mm, comprising a substrate with a thickness of preferably 0.02-0.8 mm, preferably a foil from thermoplastics, and a color layer and/or a lacquer layer with a thickness of 3-50 mu m, preferably from the printing-ink/-lacquer; and (2) a process for the preparation of the layer material comprising coating the substrate, preferably a foil from the thermoplastic plastic, with the color layer and/or lacquer layer through printing, preferably silk-screen printing, and subsequently injection molding with one or more thermoplastic layer.

    • Procedimiento para la fabricación de láminas deformadas impresas una o varias veces en el que una lámina termoplástica A) se imprime opcionalmente con uno o varios agentes de recubrimiento cromóforos (tintas de imprenta) a) y a continuación se seca y/o se cura dando el recubrimiento a*), eligiéndose el agente de recubrimiento a) y las condiciones de secado/curado de forma que el recubrimiento a*) sea termoplástico y a continuación ésta B) se imprime con al menos un agente de recubrimiento b) que contiene constituyentes curables con radiación actínica, C) a continuación el agente de recubrimiento b) se seca y/o se cura sin la acción de radiación actínica dando un recubrimiento b*) resistente a la adherencia y termoplástico, eligiéndose los constituyentes del agente de recubrimiento b) y el aglutinante contenido por su influencia sobre la temperatura de transición vítrea del recubrimiento b*) secado o secado y curado en la etapa C) de forma que ésta ascienda al menos a 35 ºC, D) la lámina recubierta se deforma mediante deformación térmica tal como embutición profunda, embutición profunda a vacío, compresión, deformación por soplado y/o deformación a alta presión y E) el recubrimiento b*) se cura mediante la acción de radiación actínica dando una capa termoendurecible F) y opcionalmente la lámina se inyecta en la parte posterior con plásticos termoplásticos o se espuma en la parte posterior con plásticos de uno o varios componentes.
