摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a control circuit and a control logic and reduce the capacity of a control program. SOLUTION: A charge control device has a battery 33, a motor 31 with windings of a plurality of phases, an inverter bridge 40, an AC power supply 25, a rectifying circuit 35, switching devices which are connected to the rectifying circuit 35 and the windings and supply a current to the battery 33, and a charge control circuit which controls the charging current for the battery 33. The charge control circuit has a duty ratio determining means, which determines the on/off duty ratios of the switching devices in accordance with an AC current iac of the AC power supply 25, and a DC current ib supplied to the battery 33 by the inverter bridge 40. If the switching devices are turned on/off, a DC current is generated by the inverter bridge 40 and the DC current is supplied to the battery 33.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a shield device for a motor cable which can improve the flexibility and requires no complicated work for earthing. CONSTITUTION:A motor cable 20 formed by covering a conductor 21 with a flexible insulator 22, a metallic tape 24 to cover the insulator 22 leaving the part of an insulating distance S from the exposing part 21a at one end of the conductor 21, and a shield sleeve 26 provided superposing to cover a part of the metallic tape 24 and composed in a tubular form with a fiber having a shielding effect, are provided. As a result, even though an electric field is generated, the shield sleeve 26 shields the electric field. And since the shield sleeve 26 and the motor cable 20 can be bent freely each other, the flexibility of the motor cable 20 is never reduced.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent adhesive agent from penetrating a gas passage, when maintaining gas sealing using liquid adhesive agent. SOLUTION: A separator 10 has a gas passage forming part 29 of an uneven shape for forming an oxidized gas passage inside of a single cell. In the gas passage forming part 29, plural convex areas 37 are formed on a concave surface. In the gas passage forming part 29, a clearance S which does not have the convex areas 37 is provided near a contact area of the gas passage forming part 29 and an oxidized gas supply hole 20, which forms an oxidized gas supply manifold. By providing a clearance S at the gas passage forming part 29 of the separator 10 in the fuel cell, an opening through which oxidized gas flows from the oxidized gas supply manifold to the oxidized gas passage inside of the single cell becomes a partition having no openings.
