    • PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode has low voltage, high efficiency, long lifetime, a simple manufacturing process, and excellent luminous efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting diode includes a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and at least one organic material layer disposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode. The organic material layer includes a light emitting layer. Between the positive electrode and the light emitting layer, an organic material layer including a compound represented by chemical formula 1 is placed. Between the negative electrode and the light emitting layer, an organic layer including a compound represented by chemical formula 2 is placed. The light emitting layer includes compound represented by chemical formula 3. Between the positive electrode and the light emitting layer, an electron-blocking layer is placed, and the electron-blocking layer includes the compound represented by chemical formula 1.

    • PURPOSE: An organic light-emitting device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance luminous efficiency and lifetime by preventing self luminous effect of a hole injection material or a transfer material which is generated when a hole injection layer or a transport layer is in contact with an light emission layer. The organic layer comprises an electroluminescent layer. An organic material layer which includes a compound with fluorescence efficiency same or greater than NPB is located between the positive electrode and a light-emission layer. The organic material layer is in contact with the light-emission layer. An organic layer which included one or more of chemical compounds selected from chemical formulas 1-4 is included between the negative electrode and the light emission layer.
