    • The present invention relates to a method and a device for transmitting uplink control information (UCI) having a large payload size in a carrier aggregation environment. The method for transmitting the UCI having a large sized payload in a wireless access system, as an embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: finding the number of first resource elements allocated to channel quality information (CQI) information to be included in the UCI; finding the number of second resource elements allocated to a rank indicator (RI) information to be included in the UCI; finding the coding rate of data transmitted with the UCI, considering the number of the first resource elements and the number of the second resource elements; finding the number of third resource elements allocated to all of the UCI, on the basis of the coding rate of the data; and multiplexing to a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) and sending to a base station the UCI, on the basis of the number of the third resource elements.

    • PURPOSE: A channel interleaving process method and a device thereof are provided to generate an output vector sequence by reading out the interleaver matrix at a thermal unit in the multiple antenna radio communication system. CONSTITUTION: CQI(Channel Quality Indicator) information and encoded data information is comprised of bit unit vector which is set up. A first interleaver input vector sequence is generated. Second interleaver input vector sequence of predetermined bit unit and third interleaver input vector sequence is generated by repeating encoded RI(Rank Indicator) information and ACK/NACK(Acknowledgement/Negative ACK) information as the number of transmission layer. The first interleaver input vector sequence, the second interleaver input vector sequence and the third interleaver input vector sequence are mapped in the interleaver matrix. An output vector sequence is generated by reading the interleaver matrix at a thermal unit. CONSTITUTION: The number of resource elements is determined in order to transmit information data. The bit size of the information data is compared with a predetermined number. Even data among the information data is allocated to first information data. Odd data among the information data is allocated to second information data. An RM(Reed-Muller) coding scheme is respectively applied to the first information data and the second information data. The first information data and the second information data are encoded. The encoded first information data and the second information data are combined. The combined data is transmitted using the determined number of resource elements.
