摘要： The distance measuring apparatus for geographical maps or the like comprises at least one pointer and a substantially round flat housing for receiving the pointer, which housing has on one hand a handle (1a) extending in tangential direction and, on the other hand, in the same direction, a moving wheel (12) is mounted in said housing and is used for rolling purposes and is connected to the pointer shaft by means of a reducing gear (13). A device (18, 20, 24) provided to facilitate the resetting of the pointer, enables a precise, simpler and faster and particularly automatic resetting, since it presents a cam (16) secured to the shaft (7) of the pointer of which the peripheral curvature (17) is part of a spiral which is at least approximately an Archimedean spiral with a hole situated on the pointer shaft axis (7), and a reset pin (20) arranged in the housing so as to be moved radially with respect to the pointer shaft in the plane of the cam. Said pin is displaceable against an elastic return force against the cam through a pusher (24) projecting outside the housing in the handle area.

摘要： Templates which have, in particular small and/or narrow recesses and which have previously been manufactured as relatively expensive plastic injection moulded components due to the difficulty in removing the material to be punched out can be manufactured substantially more simply and cheaply according to the method proposed according to the invention, in accordance with which method a sheet consisting of a resistant paper material or a similar plastic film is applied to a self-adhesive sheet and in a punching device punched, together with the self-adhesive sheet remaining under it, along the contours of the template cutouts with the sole exception of the surface of the self-adhesive sheet and is pulled off in order to form the template from this self-adhesive sheet whilst leaving behind the punched-out parts remaining stuck to the latter. In advantageous embodiments of the invention, even entire sets of associated templates can be punched continuously according to this method and collected together to form packets which are only opened when used and are assembled to form the templates.

摘要： 1360528 Toys REFEKA WERBEMITTEL GmbH 27 March 1972 ]14 July 1971] 14233/72 Heading A6S [Also in Division G5] A self-erecting double pyramid is produced from a cardboard blank as in Fig. 2 (not shown) comprising two pyramid blanks with a common base edge and provided with non- hardening adhesive coated strips 8, 9 by means of which the blank is formed into a flat packet as in Fig. 3, with the two vertices 13 in contact, from which the double pyramid being erected under the influence of a rubber band 10 hooked over cut outs in the strips 8 inside the device. The erected double pyramid can be flattened again into the configuration of Fig. 3 by forcing the two vertices 13 together against the force of the rubber band 10. Non- hardening adhesive coated regions 12 inside the vertices 13 hold the vertices together temporarily until the rubber band 10 overcomes the adhesion and pulls the device back into the double pyramid shape. The device may be used as a toy. It is folded flat and placed on a base suport. A small object is placed in one of the regions defined by the markings at the vertices 13 which form a circle in the erect device. When the rubber band 10 erects the device, the device swallows the object. Alternatively, in a fishing game a dummy bait suspended from an imitation fishing hook replaces the small object; and the device is coloured to represent a fish.
