    • A method for selectively reviewing a conference includes synchronously recording an audio conference and content presented in a conference user interface to generate a recorded conference, the conference user interface published to a client device associated with one or more participants, using a characteristic of the conference user interface to index the recorded conference and providing a review interface, responsive to at least one indicator that identifies content of interest within the recorded conference. A conferencing system includes client devices with respective displays, a conference host computer operating a web server and coupled to the client devices via one or more networks, and a data store coupled to the conference host computer. The data store includes a synchronously recorded audio conference and content presented in a conference user interface that defines a recorded conference. The recorded conference includes an index responsive to a characteristic of the conference user interface.

    • Amplifiers with inductive degeneration and configurable gain and input matching are disclosed. In an exemplary design, an apparatus includes a gain transistor, an inductor, and an input matching circuit for an amplifier. The gain transistor has a variable gain determined based on its bias current. The inductor is coupled between the gain transistor and circuit ground. The input matching circuit is selectively coupled to the gain transistor based on the variable gain of the gain transistor. For example, the input matching circuit may be coupled to the gain transistor in a low-gain mode and decoupled from the gain transistor in the high-gain mode. In an exemplary design, the input matching circuit includes a resistor, a capacitor, and a second transistor coupled in series. The resistor is used for input matching of the amplifier. The second transistor couples or decouples the resistor to or from the gain transistor.

    • A method and system for sharing indoor location information with one or more application program modules within a portable computing device (“PCD”) includes receiving an indoor location data request and determining if a location service is currently being executed by the PCD. If the location service is not being executed, it is determined if a location engine of the PCD has been installed. If the location engine of the portable computing device has not been installed, then the code for the location engine is downloaded from a communications network. Next, the location service may be executed once the location engine has been installed. It is determined if the indoor location data being requested is present in a memory element of the PCD. If the indoor location data being requested is not present in the memory element of the PCD, then the indoor location data is downloaded from the communications network.
