CONSTITUTION:During the operation of a boiler a stop valve 10 at the inlet of steam of a hot boiler and a stop valve 12 at the outlet of steam of the hot boiler are respectively closed, stop valves 14 and 16 of the steam communicating pipe are both opened, part of the steam in a main steam pipe 5 which is heated by a heater 4 and the temperature of which is raised too high is led to a heat transfer pipe 9 through the steam communicating pipe 15 and the steam pipe 11 of the hot boiler, and the temperature of the steam is lowered by making the steam exchange heat with the boiler water in the water cylinder 1 through the heat transfer pipe 9. The steam the temperature of which is lowered is returned to the main steam pipe 5 through the steam pipe 13 and the steam communicating pipe 17 of the hot boiler. And, the main steam which is sent directly through a main steam temperature adjusting valve 18 and the temperature of which is not lowered and the steam the temperature of which is lowered are mixed and the temperature of the main steam as a whole is lowered. The temperature of the main steam the temperature of which is lowered is detected by a main steam temperature adjusting device 7 and the degree of opening of the main steam temperature adjusting valve 18 is so controlled as to bring the temperature of the mains steam to a specified temperature.

    • Un aparato desrecalentador para líneas de vapor, en el que una pluralidad de cámaras (2, 3, 4) separadas por secciones reductoras de presión de flujo de vapor definen una trayectoria de vapor para dicho flujo de vapor, en el que: - al menos una cámara (4) comprende un cuerpo (10) tubular que se extiende a lo largo de un eje (X-X) longitudinal predeterminado, - dicho cuerpo (10) tubular tiene su extremo aguas arriba, con referencia a la dirección de flujo de vapor a lo largo de dicha trayectoria, cerrado por un difusor (11) de vapor, que tiene una pluralidad de orificios (12) para el paso de vapor, - dicha al menos una cámara tiene al menos dos boquillas (9) de pulverización para generar conos (C) de pulverización respectivos en dicho cuerpo (10) tubular, en el que dichas boquillas (9) de pulverización se colocan en las proximidades de dicho difusor (11) de vapor, caracterizado por que - dichas boquillas (9) de pulverización están asociadas con dicho cuerpo (10) tubular, - cerca de dichas boquillas (9) de pulverización, dicho difusor (11) de vapor tiene partes perforadas, que están inclinadas con respecto a dicho eje (X-X) longitudinal predeterminado de manera que sean sustancialmente paralelas a la superficie lateral de los conos (C) de pulverización generados por sus boquillas de pulverización respectivas.
