The cooling mechanism E is put in the lower chamber D and maintains the food packages 10 at a super chilled temperature between about -2.2 deg.C and 0 deg.C by means of cooling coils 72 and 74, an air duct 89, and a motor-driven fan 88 provided in the bottom cooling section 70 of the cooling chamber C.
