CONSTITUTION: An electronic watermark data inserting apparatus has a frequency domain transformation structure to which the original image of one frame divided into a plurality of blocks each of which has multiple pixels is provided in order to transform the original image into frequency-transformed video data. An electronic watermark data memory structure(37) previously memorizes a plurality of electronic watermark data items. An insertion information memory structure(39) memorizes insertion information for designating electronic watermark data to be inserted into each block among the electronic watermark data items stored in the electronic watermark data memory structure. An electronic watermark data selecting structure(38) selects specific electronic watermark data specified for each block from the electronic watermark data memory structure. An electronic watermark data insertion structure(33) inserts the selected electronic watermark data into the frequency-transformed video data to generate composite video data into which an electronic watermark has been inserted.

    • PURPOSE: A method for compressing and releasing an image of a mobile communication terminal is provided to maximize a compression rate in compressing picture data and realize the compressed picture data at high speed. CONSTITUTION: A processor of a mobile communication terminal sets up first data as comparative data in a picture image(S10). The processor sets up a data repeating frequency as one time(S20). The processor confirms whether picture data to be read from the picture image exists(S30). If so, the processor read new picture data(S40). The processor confirms whether the comparative data is identical to the new picture data(S50). If so, it is confirmed whether a value of the data repeating frequency is identical to 'a boundary value-1'(S60). Otherwise, the data repeating frequency is increased by 1(S70). If so, the data repeating frequency is stored in a compressed picture file(S80). The comparative data is stored in the compressed picture file(S90). If the new picture data is not identical to the comparative data, it is confirmed whether the comparative data is more than the boundary value and the data repeating frequency is 1(S100). If the data repeating frequency is more than 2, the repeating frequency of the comparative data is stored in the compressed picture file and the comparative data is stored in the compressed picture file(S110-S120). The new picture data is set as the comparative data in the picture image(S130).

    • An image inputting system is provided to generate an image by scanning documents generated in a branch or a back-process center, extract an index and meta information from the image, and transmit the extracted index/meta information to a document management server. An image system(100) generates the image from the document generated from bank business, extracts the index/meta information from the image, and transmits the extracted index/meta information to a computation center(200) at the branch or the back-process center by using a scan station module(110). The image system directly converts a screen output result and an online file document into the image, and transmits the converted image to the computation center by using an image capturing module(120). The computation center stores/manages the image and the index/meta information received from the image system through an image server(210) and the document management server(220).
