摘要： An actuator assembly (600) for use with a shut-off valve in a transport or storage system. The assembly is configured to be operatively coupled to a stem of the valve for controlling fluid flow there through. The assembly includes a mounting bracket (620) coupled to the bonnet (608), a mounting sleeve (616) coupled to the stem and movable relative to the mounting bracket, and an actuator (612) having a body and an inlet formed in the body (622). The body is defined by a first body portion (623A) coupled to the mounting bracket and a second body portion (623B) coupled to the mounting sleeve and movable relative to the first body portion to expand or contract the body. The inlet is adapted to receive pressurized fluid; the body expands or contracts responsive to the pressurized fluid, and responsive to the expansion or contraction of the body, the mounting sleeve moves relative to the mounting bracket, thereby moving the stem.

摘要： A slam shut safety device includes a valve body, a valve disc, a reset pin, and a reset pin guide. The valve disc is disposed within the valve body and shiftable along a slam shut axis between an open position and a closed second position. The reset pin is operatively coupled to the valve disc and shiftable along the slam shut axis relative to the valve body between an untripped position placing the valve disc in the open position and a tripped position placing the valve disc in the closed position. The reset pin guide supports one end of the reset pin, thereby providing added structural integrity to the reset pin and valve disc.

摘要： A fluid regulating device includes a regulator valve, an actuator and a pilot regulator valve assembly. The pilot regulator valve assembly provides a pressure load to a surface of a diaphragm of the actuator in response to changes in downstream pressure being applied to the opposite surface of the diaphragm. An upper cavity of the pilot regulator valve assembly is in fluid communication with a control cavity of the actuator, allowing both the actuator diaphragm and the pilot regulator valve assembly diaphragm to simultaneously sense pressure variations within the cavities. As the downstream pressure varies, the diaphragms of both the actuator and the pilot regulator valve assembly displace to regulate the downstream pressure and the pilot regulator valve assembly maintains a load pressure. The regulator further includes a balanced regulator valve applying a balancing force to offset a force of upstream pressure on a balanced valve plug.

The cam assembly also includes a torsional spring having a pair of stationary outer arms and a pair of pivotable inner arms, wherein the pair of stationary inner arms is coupled to a portion of the first cam arm. The pair of inner arms is adapted to act on the first cam arm to bias the cam into a position that allows the cam to be relatched in a valve rearming process.
