摘要： A fluid pump includes a fluid pump inlet and a fluid pump outlet. A motor includes an armature and a stator such that the armature rotates about an axis. A pump section includes a pump section having a pumping element coupled to the armature such that rotation of the armature rotates the pumping element such that the pumping element pumps fluid from the fluid inlet to a pump section outlet of the pump section. A fluid passage within the fluid pump provides fluid communication from the pump section outlet to the fluid pump outlet such that the armature in part defines the fluid passage. The armature includes blades arranged in a polar array centered about the axis such that each of the blades extends in a helix about the axis and such that the blades define chambers. The chambers are in constant fluid communication with the pump section outlet.

摘要： Disclosed is a rotary pump including a magnetic rotor arranged in a pump housing and having a magnetic rotor plane, which rotor is operatively connected to a drive for conveying a fluid. The drive is a bearingless motor having a stator configured as a bearing stator and drive stator and having a magnetic stator plane, wherein the stator bears a drive coil and a bearing coil lying in the stator plane and/or a drive bearing coil. The rotor is magnetically contactlessly journalled within the stator, wherein an axial height (H) of the rotor is smaller than or equal to half a diameter (D) of the rotor so that the rotor is passively magnetically stabilized by reluctance forces with respect to the magnetic stator plane both against axial displacement and against a tilt from an equilibrium position.

摘要： A fluid pump includes an inlet for introducing fluid into the fluid pump; an outlet for discharging the fluid from the fluid pump; a motor having an armature which rotates about an axis such that the armature is supported at one end by a first bearing and at second end by a second bearing, the motor also having a stator which circumferentially surrounds the armature such that a fluid passage is defined radially between the armature and stator through which the fluid flows from the inlet to the outlet; a pumping arrangement which is rotated by the armature and which pumps the fluid from the inlet to the outlet; a flow impedance member extending axially in the fluid passage which impedes circumferential flow of the fluid within the fluid passage, thereby generating a pressure gradient circumferentially within the fluid passage which applies a lateral force to the armature.

The screw ring driving manner of the driving apparatus has small friction and noise, and the overall driving efficiency thereof exceeds that of existing driving devices such as a propeller; the driving apparatus further has advantages such as being leakage-free, coupling-free, spark-free, cavitation-free, capable of self-speed regulation, capable of turning, magnetizable and extendable, capable of self-cleaning, maintenance-free, and having a long service life.

The hollow rotor includes a first end portion defining a fluid inlet, a second end portion defining a fluid outlet; the fluid inlet, the fluid outlet, and the flow channel of the stator being configured to allow passage of a fluid from the fluid inlet to the fluid outlet via the flow channel; and wherein the hollow rotor is characterized by a largest cross-sectional area of hollow rotor, and wherein the flow channel is characterized by a smallest cross-sectional area of the flow channel, wherein the smallest cross-sectional area of the flow channel is at least about 25% of the largest cross-sectional area of the hollow rotor. An electric fluid pump and a power generation system are also presented.

Some embodiments may include an impeller housing comprising a fluid entrance to allow fluid to enter and an impeller located within the impeller housing, the impeller comprising a plurality of impeller blades, a plurality of fluid channels between the impeller blades, and a motor magnet. The impeller may rotate within the impeller housing about a pump centerline in response to an electromagnetic field and the fluid channels may each allow fluid to pass through when the impeller rotates. Embodiments may also include one or more hydrodynamic bearings positioned between the impeller and the impeller housing to support generated loads and a double involute coupled with the impeller housing and positioned to receive fluid exiting the plurality of fluid channels. Further embodiments may include a motor stator to generate the electromagnetic field. Other embodiments are disclosed and claimed.

摘要： An Archimedes' screw serves as a rotor, inducer, impeller, and/or driver with motor and/or generator configurations that surround the screw by attaching to an outer cylinder of the screw. The screw acts as the motor's rotor axis with attached permanent magnets and or frame and the stator is built around the auxiliary circumference of this rotor. The rotor may also house half the bearings and can be used for the movement of fluids and/or solids, for cavitation-less drive of water vehicles, or for the generation of electrical power when the fluids become the motive force to drive the unit.
