摘要： The lifting member (20) is designed to be located inside a jar containing for instance gherkins immersed in a liquid which completely fills the jar, the latter being closed with a removable lid. The lifting member (20) comprises, in one single piece, a lower internally hollow part (21), forming a floater and having an upper part (3) for holding the gherkins, an upper part (22) forming a side vertical member, and an internal arc-shaped edge (26) forming a stop and resting against the lower surface of the lid. When the jar is opened the buoyancy moves the lifting member upwards. It slides against the walls of the jar and causes part of the gherkins to emerge.
