    • PURPOSE: A powder molding device is provided to ensure the quality of a product by preventing a crack, defects, and the deformation of a molding product which is created during the discharging operation of the molding product. CONSTITUTION: A powder molding device(1) comprises a first powder supplying unit(11), a provisional pressing unit(8), and a second powder supplying unit(12). The first powder supplying unit reciprocates within a powder molding area for a mold and supplies first powder to the same area. The provisional pressing unit is capable of provisionally pressing to compress a first powder which is supplied to the area. The second powder supplying unit reciprocates within the powder molding area and supplies second powder to the same area. A plurality of charging units corresponding to the shape of a molding product is formed in the powder molding area. The arranging direction of the charging units is perpendicular to the reciprocating direction of the second powder supplying unit. The reciprocating directions of the first and second powder supplying units cross each other. The first powder supplying unit comprises a discharging unit(13) which discharges the discharged molding product from the charging unit to the outside of the powder molding area by forwardly moving to the same area.

    • PURPOSE: A feed shoe for supplying or accumulating fine powder or a corpuscular substance to a die cavity for compressing, is provided to manufacture the product of regular density or nine times density from the corpuscle material by compressing a particle to the die cavity in advance. CONSTITUTION: A pressurization feed shoe(10) is supplied for delivering a corpuscle material which is filled into a die cavity(26), and contains a feed shoe body(11) that has a container for containing a large amount of the corpuscle material. The feed shoe body has more than one bottom exit(37) for equalizing with the die cavity and an upper inlet(36) for receiving the corpuscle material. Also, a pressure generator is supplied for generating micro ambient pressure inside the die cavity. The pressure generator is connected to the container by a sealed pipe(13) so as to move the bottom exit to the equalized position with the die cavity and then a shuttle selectively moves the feed shoe body from the position.
