摘要： Provided is a water heater including a burner that receives a supply of combustion air from a fan, a heat exchanger having a heat transfer tube, and a combustion chamber case in which a combustion chamber of the burner is formed in the interior thereof and which is to be capable of guiding combustion gas generated by the burner to the heat exchanger. The water heater further includes a unit case that surrounds the combustion chamber case, and a region on the outside of the combustion chamber case within the unit case serves as an air pressure chamber having a higher pressure than the combustion chamber. Thus, combustion gas leakage to the outside can be prevented or suppressed appropriately by means of a simple configuration.

The linearly protruding region is welded to the main plate. 摘要： A heat transfer tube of a heat exchanger is provided with a first and a second annular convex portions of which outer diameters are partially expanded. The first annular convex portion is positioned on an inner face side of a side plate portion of a case of the heat exchanger and is engaged with a circumferential edge portion of a first hole portion provided for the side plate portion, or the first annular convex portion contacts under pressure with an inner circumferential face of the first hole portion. The second annular convex portion is positioned on an outer face side of a header constituting member and is engaged with a circumferential edge portion of a second hole portion. Thus the side plate portion, the heat transfer tube, and a header are relatively fixed by a simple means.

摘要： To curb deterioration of user convenience due to software update of a water warmer in a communication system between a management server and the water warmer through a relay device. A communication adaptor executes first communication for inquiring of the water warmer whether or not software update accompanying writing of an update program is capable of being started. The water warmer gives a notification for obtaining a user's consent to occurrence of an unavailable period of the water warmer due to the software update in response to the first communication, and executes second communication on the communication adaptor in a case in which the user's consent is obtained with respect to the notification. The communication adaptor transmits the update program received from a server to the water warmer in response to the second communication, and the water warmer executes the software update using the received update program.
