摘要： PURPOSE:To enable the discharging of scum and condensate to be performed within the same vessel by the impeller provided in the communicating part by providing a condenser between the suction material inlet and suction port of the negative pressure chamber communicating to a liquid vessel thereby separating the suction gas flow. CONSTITUTION:The suction gas flow containing scum, water and steam flows into the space 12 of a negative pressure chamber 1 through a suction material influent port 3. Then, its velocity decreases owing to an increase in the channel section and the scum and water of heavier specific gravities separate from the suction gas flow and fall into a communicating part 10b. They are then discharged into a liquid vessel 11 through main radial channel 21 by the centrifugal action of an impeller 14. On the other hand, the suction gas flow and steam rise toward a suction device communicating port 2, then pass through the vent holes 9 of a partition plate 8 and are condensed by the cooling water of water spray nozzles 6b within a solid packed layer 5. This condensate and cooling water fall onto the partition plate 2, pass through the communicating water line 27 and are released to a remote plate by the centrifugal action of the impeller 14 from the auxiliary radial channel 23 of the impeller 14.

摘要： PURPOSE:To insure firm sealing by holding a packing between the end part of the joint of an outer pipe and an elastic body provided on the outer pipe by means of a pair of ring members placed on both sides of the packing, which is fitted to the outer surface of an inner pipe. CONSTITUTION:Adjacent to joint 8a of outer pipe 8, which is fitted to inner pipe 7 in such a manner that it can slide, inner pipe 7 is fitted onto the inner surface of packing 9, which is fitted on the outer surface of inner pipe 7. This packing 9 is pressed from the side by elastic body 14 fitted to outer pipe 8. Further, it is pressed from the outside by plate spring 11, which is doubly or trebly engaged with the outer surface of packing 9. By this, the packing is brought into close contact with the outer surface of inner pipe 7, and the firm sealing of inner pipe 7 and outer pipe 8 is insured. Further, even if the inner surface of packing 9 is abraded, the close contact of packing 9 and inner pipe 7 is maintained by the pressing of plate spring 11. Thus, a long-time and firm sealing is insured.
