摘要： A relocation method of SRNC to avoid the interference caused by UE measurement report. For the relocation process of SRNC without other accompanying flow, or the relocation process accompanying with cell update or registration area update, firstly, by sending measurement control when start to relocate, UE does not report the measurement report in SRB2 during he interactive course of UE and UTRAN; then after finishing the relocation, set the UE measurement again. The present invention is easily to realize, the method of the invention can effectively avoid the interference to the relocation SRNC process caused by UE measurement report, and thus improves the stability of the WCDMA system.

摘要： An arc routing system and method are disclosed, which are integrated to a PCB (printed circuit board) routing system for assisting the PCB routing system to route wires in an area of a printed circuit board with high component density. First, three neighboring points in a routing direction in the area of the printed circuit board are selected by a selecting module, wherein one of the three points is located on one side of a line extending in the routing direction and the two others are located on the other side of the line. Then, information related to the three selected points and routing information are read by a reading module. Subsequently, the center point, radius, start point and end point for an arc-shaped wire to be routed are set by a setting module. Finally, the arc-shaped wire is drawn by a drawing module. Thereby, routing efficiency is increased and electrical connection performance of printed circuit boards is improved.

摘要： A carbon nanotube is formed on at least one Molybdenum-based electrode. In one embodiment, a carbon-nanotube device includes a pair of Molybdenum-based electrodes over respective terraces. Using a catalyst on the Molybdenum-based material of at least one electrode, a carbon nanotube is grown over a gap that separates the terraces to connect the Molybdenum-based electrodes. Yet other aspects of the present invention employ carbon nanotubes extending (suspended) from respective Molybdenum-based structures for use in electrically addressable devices. The nanotubes can also be formed by patterned growth to bridge such Molybdenum-based electrodes. A particular method for manufacturing this device does not require post-growth processing. Applications include, among many others, scalable nanotube transistors/switches nano-electromechanical systems.

摘要： The invention relates to adjustable stop-wagon retarders with locking function for wagons at high speed and disposal methods thereof, which are suitable for railway marshaling yards or rail lines where it is required to prevent wagons from running away, which are hydraulic equipment of no external energy source to automatically regulate wagon's speed and disposal methods of such equipment. The stop-wagon retarder is characterized in that a uni-directional return unit comprising a sealing valve plate and adjustable throttle valve, and a locking control valve composing of switch valve and positioning unit are mounted in the piston assembly, which make the returning speed and the locking speed for wagon at high speed adjustable, thus the aim of setting the retarder with different control levels and thresholds according to the wagon speed is realized. The disposal method is characterized in that the distances between every two adjacent stop-wagon retarders correspond to the distances between every two adjacent wheel axles.
