摘要： A liquid crystal display device includes first and second substrates with a liquid crystal layer therebetween, a plurality of gate signal lines made of metal and a plurality of drain signal lines made of metal, wherein the gate signal line and the drain signal line have a first overlapping region, and a plurality of counter voltage signal lines, wherein the counter voltage signal line and the drain signal line have a second overlapping region. A plurality of pixel regions are defined by neighboring gate signal lines and drain signal lines, and a pixel electrode is formed on the first substrate in each pixel region. A thin film transistor having a semiconductor layer is formed on the gate signal line, and the semiconductor layer at least overlaps with the drain signal line at the first overlapping region and the second overlapping region.

If the lithium ion battery continuously lies in such a state the battery performance is degraded abruptly.The battery resistance of a lithium ion battery module is estimated in accordance with SOC and temperature of the lithium ion battery module, and current to charge is set properly based on the estimated battery resistance.

摘要： A liquid crystal display includes first and second substrates with a liquid crystal layer therebetween, and a plurality of pixel regions defined by drain and gate signal lines of the substrate. The pixel region has a common electrode formed of a transparent conducting layer having a plurality of slits, a pixel electrode formed of a transparent conducting layer and having plane shape, and a first insulating layer interposed between the common electrode and the pixel electrode. The common electrode is arranged between the pixel electrode and the liquid crystal layer, and the pixel electrode is overlapped with a plurality of slits of the common electrode. A thin film transistor is connected to the drain signal line, and the pixel electrode is connected to a source electrode of the thin film transistor. The common electrode overlaps with a connection portion of the pixel and source electrodes on the first insulating layer.

摘要： A liquid crystal display includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a liquid crystal disposed between the first substrate having drain lines and gate signal lines defining pixel regions and the second substrate. The pixel regions include a pixel electrode formed of a transparent conducting layer and having a plurality of slits, a common electrode formed of a transparent conducting layer, the common electrode being overlapped with the pixel electrode through an insulating layer, and the liquid crystal being driven by an electric field generated by the pixel electrode and the common electrode. A conductor layer is arranged proximate to the drain signal line. The conductor layer is placed at a position where at least a part thereof overlaps the common electrode, and the conductor layer is not connected to the drain signal line and the pixel electrode electrically.

The electrode groups are in contact with an identical electrolyte, and terminals are led out from the positive electrode and the negative electrode to the outside of the container on every electrode group. Terminals are connected on every positive electrode and negative electrode at the outside of the container, and the terminals at the outside of the container are connectable and disconnectable easily.

The first electrode is connected with the thin film transistor so that an electric potential of the video signal is supplied thereto, and a standard electric potential is supplied to the second electrode. A third electrode is arranged between the drain signal line and the liquid crystal layer.
