    • The length of an inner meshing planetary gear type reduction gear transmission is reduced in its rotational axis line direction.A crank member (22) is arranged between a through hole 58 of an external gear (20a), a through hole (59 of an external gear (20b), and a support pin (24). An eccentric disk (25) that fits with the through hole (58) of the external gear (20a) and an eccentric disk (27) that fits with the through hole (59) of the external gear (20b) are formed on the crank member (24). A bearing (26) is arranged between the support pin (24) and the crank member (22), this bearing (26) supporting the crank member (22) such that the crank member (22) is capable of rotating with respect to the support pin (24). The length of the reduction gear transmission in its rotational axis line direction is reduced by contracting the length of the crank member (22), this reduction in length not including the length thereof that has the eccentric disks (25, 27).

    • A wet sheet package storing folded wet sheets includes a package container and an open/close flap provided in the top surface of the container. An output opening through which to take out the wet sheets is provided at the approximate center in the top surface of the container, the open/close flap has a separation stopping part formed on one end, as deemed appropriate, in order to seal the output opening, and the open/close flap opens and closes the output opening by acting, together with the separation part of the top surface, as an open/close lid of the package container. A liquid-absorbent sheet with a void space at its approximate center is securely attached to the top surface of the container, and the open/close flap is adherably arranged on the top surface of the liquid-absorbent sheet.

    • A method of adjusting a strobe timing includes a first determining step in which an output pattern is compared with an expected result pattern at a strobe timing to determine whether the output pattern is matched to the expected result pattern; a variation range setting step in which a variation range of the strobe timing is set when the output pattern is not matched to the expected result pattern; a varying step in which the strobe timing is varied within the variation range; and a second determining step in which the output pattern is compared with the expected result pattern at the varied strobe timing to determine whether the output pattern is matched to the expected result pattern. Based on a result of the comparison, a function test is performed using the strobe timing to determine a pass/fail result of the semiconductor.
