摘要： Medical pressure-sensitive adhesive sheets having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on at least one side of a support so as to have an appropriate tack strength and acceptable processability. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed with a pressure-sensitive adhesive composed mainly of an acrylic polymer and a compatible component that is compatible with the acrylic polymer. The support layer contains a compatible component that is compatible with the acrylic polymer. The amount of the compatible component contained in the support layer is 70% or less of the amount of the compatible component contained in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the support layer has an elongation of 200% or more without containing any compatible component.

摘要： In the adhesive pharmaceutical preparation of the invention, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is laminated on one side of the backing. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer contains a branched monoalcohol having from 12 to 28 carbon atoms, a drug which is liquid at room temperature or around room temperature (in which, free base of bisoprolol is excluded) and a polyisobutylene pressure-sensitive adhesive. Accordingly, compatibility of the polyisobutylene pressure-sensitive adhesive with the drug can be specifically increased. As a result, not only it becomes possible to increase blending amount of the drug but also bleed of the drug from the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer can be suppressed and, what is more, the pressure-sensitive adhesion characteristics sufficient from the practical point of view can be obtained.

摘要： An antimicrobial adhesive sheet containing an antimicrobial agent which exerts the antimicrobial activity not only on an attached site but also in the space in the vicinity of the attached site, and an antimicrobial method using the sheet. The antimicrobial adhesive sheet has a moisture permeability of at least 1,000 g/m 2 ¢ 24 hrs as the whole sheet, where a non-aqueous adhesive layer containing a vaporizable antimicrobial agent is formed on one side of the support. As the support, non-woven fabric and porous plastic sheet are preferable. In case of non-porous plastic sheet, polyurethane resins and polyamide resins are preferably used. As the vaporizable antimicrobial agent, hinokitiol is preferable and inclusion compounds thereof may also be used. As the adhesive, an acrylic adhesive prepared by polymerizing a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester as the main component is preferably used.
