    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an ignition of a diffusion burner of each combustor from being delayed at the time of a shutoff operation due to replacement of a fuel in a diffusion fuel piping with combustion air or combustion gas during a total premixed combustion operation. SOLUTION: Each of premixed fuel pipes of combustors and a diffusion fuel pipe are made to communicate with each other by a communication pipe 23, and flow regulating mechanisms 16, 20 and a check valve 25 are installed in the communication pipe. A fuel is supplied from the premixed fuel pipes to the diffusion fuel pipe by such an amount as to cause no ignition of a diffusion fuel nozzle 12 at the time of a total premixed fuel combustion operation. Therefore, since fuel flow rate supplied from the premixed fuel pipes of the combustors to the diffusion fuel pipe can be controlled in such a manner as to cause no ignition of the diffusion fuel nozzle 12, replacement of an interior of a diffusion fuel supply system 19 with combustion air or the like at the time of the total premixed fuel combustion operation so that ignition of the diffusion combustion nozzle 12 is prevented from being delayed at the time of a load shutoff operation.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a high frequency vibration and to prevent a combustion pulsating by disposing a flame stabilizer and a combustion chamber so that an axis and an angle invariable with respect to a rotation do not exist for all angles to satisfy specific conditions, thereby asymmetrically distributing a flame in the chamber and reducing a low frequency vibration. SOLUTION: In the gas turbine combustor comprising a flame stabilizer for stabilizing a flame by forming a circulating flow, a combustion chamber and the stabilizer are disposed so that a central axis and an angle of a rotation to become substantially equal to those before they are rotatably moved do not exist in the case of rotatably moving the chamber and the stabilizer at an angle to become 360 degrees at the time of multiplying a natural number of 3 or more at a specific axis as a center. That is, an obstacle flame stabilizer 101 of an axis symmetrical shape is disposed in a cylindrical combustion chamber 103 so that its symmetrical axis does not coincide with a central axis 106 of the chamber. Unburned gas 107 and an already burned gas 108 are not distributed to an axis symmetrical at the axis 106 as a center, and a converging of a reflected pressure wave to the axis 106 is eliminated.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of a combustor with a higher stability of flame by a method wherein passages are provided to link the front on the upstream side of a flame holder contacting a premixed gas unburned to the rear on the downstream side of the flame holder for holding the burned gas of the premixed gas to inhibit changes in a circulation flow generated on the rear of a flame holder. SOLUTION: A plurality of passages 17 are arranged inside a flame holder 10 to link the front 15 on the upstream side of the flame holder 10 contacting a premixed gas 9 unburned to the rear 16 on the downstream side of the flame holder for holding a burned gas of the premixed gas 9. The cross section of each passage is a hole in shape and the plurality of passages on the rear 16 of the flame holder are the same in the direction of outflow. At this point, as the premixed gas 9 flows into the rear 16 of the flame holder 10 passing through the passages 17, a flow circulating in the direction the same as the direction of outflow is intensified to make the flow on the rear of the flame holder 10 asymmetrical. This reduces the circulation flow opposite to the direction of outflow of the passages 17, thereby inhibiting changes in the circulation flow as caused by the generation of an alternating flow.
